Please note:

If you make an enquiry before 12.08.25 and you are subsequently invited to apply you will be entered into our Autumn round of applications. The deadline for submission of your full application will be 12noon (midday) on 26.08.25 and results will be announced after the 07.11.25. Westhill Endowment reserve the right to close our application list early if necessary.

Enquiries made between 13.08.25 and 24.09.25 will not receive a response from us until after 24.09.25. If you are subsequently invited to apply you will be entered into our Winter round of applications. The deadline for your full application will be 12noon (midday) on 22.12.25 and results will be announced after the 27.02.26. Westhill Endowment reserve the right to close our application list early if necessary.
