Make a Funding Enquiry

Your Funding Enquiry is the first stage of our application process in which we will assess whether your project is likely to be considered to receive a grant from us. This stage avoids you spending time completing a full application if it’s unlikely that your application would be successful.

Important dates:

Summer / Autumn 2026 Enquiries and Applications

If you make an enquiry before 12 noon (midday) on 10.08.2026 and you are subsequently invited to apply you will be entered into our Summer / Autumn 2026 round of applications.
The deadline for submission of your full application will be 12 noon (midday) on 24.08.2026 However please be aware that the application window will close  early if we reach 100 submissions before the deadline. Results will be announced after the 06.11.2026.

IMPORTANT: The application window will close when EITHER we reach 100 submissions, OR at 12noon on the deadline date.  Late submissions will not be accepted.

Winter 2026/2027 Enquiries and Applications
 
If you make an enquiry between 12 noon (midday) on 10.08.2026  and 12noon (midday) on 07.12.2026 and you are subsequently invited to apply you will be entered into our Winter 2026/2027 round of applications.
[Please note that enquiries made between 10.08.2026  and 14.09.2026 will not receive a response from us until after 14.09.2026]
For this round of applications, the deadline for your full application will be 12 noon (midday) on 07.12.2026 owever please be aware that the application window will close  early if we reach 100 submissions before the deadline. Results will be announced after the 26.02.2027.

Westhill Endowment reserve the right to close our application list early if necessary.

If you miss the application window, you will be required to make a new enquiry to restart the process when the next round of funding begins. Please aim to enquire only for the time frame relevant to your project.

Before you can begin, we need to ask a few questions to check if you are eligible to apply for a grant.

After making your enquiry, and throughout the process, please continue to check your spam/junk boxes regularly for emails from us.
