Make a Funding Enquiry

Your Funding Enquiry is the first stage of our application process in which we will assess whether your project is likely to be considered to receive a grant from us. This stage avoids you spending time completing a full application if it’s unlikely that your application would be successful.

Important dates:

Winter 2025/2026 Enquiries and Applications

If you make an enquiry before12noon (midday) on Monday 08.12.25 and you are subsequently invited to apply you will be entered into our Winter round of applications.
The deadline for submission of your full application will be 12noon (midday) on Monday 22.12.25 and results will be announced after the 27.02.26.
Westhill Endowment reserve the right to close our application list early if necessary.

Spring 2026 Enquiries and Applications
 
If you make an enquiry between 12noon (midday) on Monday 08.12.25 and 12noon (midday) on Monday 20.04.26 and you are subsequently invited to apply you will be entered into our Spring round of applications.
[Please note that enquiries made between Monday 08.12.25 and 21.01.26 will not receive a response from us until after 21.01.26]
For this round of applications, the deadline for your full application will be 12noon (midday) on Tuesday 05.05.26 and results will be announced after the 15.06.26.

Westhill Endowment reserve the right to close our application list early if necessary.

If you miss the deadline for submitting your completed application, you will be required to make a new enquiry to restart the process. Please aim to enquire only for the time frame relevant to your project.

Before you can begin, we need to ask a few questions to check if you are eligible to apply for a grant.
